At WT Store your satisfaction matters. If a product does not meet your expectations you may request a return or exchange under the terms below.
Return window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Item condition
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- With all packaging, accessories and the invoice.
- Digital products and custom offers are non-returnable.
Refunds
After we inspect the returned item, the amount is refunded to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. Shipping fees may be deducted in some cases.
